Our goal is to make this process as straightforward as possible. Even if we are not in-network with your specific dental plan provider, we will electronically file all claims to efficiently process your benefits. Prior to your appointment, we will review the fees with you. Most good plans offer out-of-network benefits and cover a significant portion of fees.

As a courtesy, our team will contact your dental plan provider directly to verify your benefits. For all treatments and procedures, we can also submit pre-determinations to your dental plan provider. This allows your dental plan provider to give an estimated patient portion in advance. Those with out-of-network benefits will receive a check directly from their dental plan provider.

Please be prepared to pay for treatment on the day of your child’s service. For your convenience, we accept ​Zelle, credit​/debit cards, and checks.
